Freestyle Kick Boxing with Jose
Kickboxing is a group class based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
The Kickboxing Program will revolve around all over health and conditioning. Kickboxing Classes will be based on many principles of striking, such as Muay Thai, Kick Boxing, Karate and even point sparring, all to make a well-rounded striking athlete ready for a ring, cage or Karate tournament. (Not a cardio kickboxing class).
