The Foundations Course course offers a warm, supportive introduction to both matwork and reformer practice. Designed for beginners and those returning to Pilates, the course focuses on building a strong, sustainable foundation through mindful movement and clear, accessible instruction.
You’ll learn the essential Pilates principles—breath, alignment, control, and flow—while exploring fundamental mat exercises and reformer work. The combination of mat and apparatus training helps develop deep core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. Each class progresses at a comfortable pace, with modifications and guidance to support different bodies and experience levels.
