Get ready for the ultimate feel‑good burn!  This 60‑minute double session starts with a 30‑minute rhythm‑based spin ride to fire up your legs, lift your heart rate, and get you buzzing. Expect climbs, speed bursts, and big music energy to set the tone.

Then we roll straight into a 30‑minute kettlebell + bodyweight bootcamp designed to build strength, power, and core stability. You’ll lift, sweat, and move through simple, effective blocks that suit all fitness levels.

Two styles. One session. Maximum impact.  Perfect if you love variety, want a full‑body challenge, or just enjoy leaving class feeling unstoppable.

All levels welcome — you choose your pace, your weights, and your intensity.  Just bring a towel, water, and your best energy.
