RunSwim or a combo. Every Wednesday do a back-to-back session called a Brick. First we run, then we swim! We do a variety of running sessions each Wednesday to mix things up! Develop skills, fitness and confidence in your training especially in swimming! As it heats up for summer we are spending the first 30-60 minutes with running challenges followed by an hour of swim squad. These sessions have a technique and skills focus.
If you are having a break from running, you can utilise the one hour swim from 5.30am.
