Yoga 101:
Join us for an introduction to yoga. Basic breath (pranayama) and posture (asana) practices will be explored in a friendly and intimate environment. We will introduce the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of a yoga practice. Time will be allocated for questions. Studio mats available for use upon request. Gentle heat (~80).
Class size limited to 8 people. Must register and pay for the 6 week series. NO drop in's. Minimum 4 students needed to hold class.
