HIIT and Sit will begin with a moving meditation of sun salutations, continue with a 20-25 min High Intensity Interval Training challenge, and end with yoga asana, breath and meditation. Movement types will vary as will type and duration of meditation. Drop your expectations and allow yourself to be immersed in the present experience. Expect the unexpected and if this thought scares you, that's your sign to show up! :)
