Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet practice designed to balance more active forms of movement. 

In this class, poses are held for longer periods of time with the support of props, allowing the body to soften and release tension.   The focus is on deep somatic listening, nervous system regulation and creating expansion within the fascial tissues. 

Rather than flowing from pose to pose, we pause. Rather than effort, we invite ease. Within stillness we create space for listening inward. 

This practice invites stillness as a way to restore balance, mobility and ease. 

No prior yoga or yin experience needed, bring curiosity and a willingness to slow down. 

Optional: You may wish to bring a small pillow, blanket or bolster for added comfort and support. Please reach out with any questions.
