60 minutes

The class will move through a warm up to bring awareness to the breath and the body. Followed by a sequenced flow of asanas, designed to strengthen, mobilize, and focus the mind and body, moving toward a peak posture. Ending with deep stretches and breathing to lengthen, let go, and relax toward savasana. Beginners always welcome!

 Breath/body awareness/yoga moves...be prepared to sweat in the sanctuary of your being. Strength moves in contrast to ease providing clarity, allowing your radiance to flow. Room heated between 90-105.
