This pass is for the Pilates foundations workshop.
Pilates is coming to the The Studio Yoga February 15-19th daily @ 10:00 am. Sunday we meet for 90 minutes to learn alignment, then for an hour each consecutive day to lengthen and strengthen the core muscles.
Joseph Pilates knew what the yogi's have practiced and handed down for years... the power of intentional breath combined with the alignment of the spine releases a rain shower of healing chemicals in the body. It down regulates the nervous system and keeps the body strong and pliable.
The magic of the multifidus muscles can only be activated in a neutral spine. Sunday you'll learn how to hone into this alignment. The rest of the week we turn up the heat, squeeze from the inside out and groove some neuropathways you'll love.
