Core Flow is a class with a Fusion of Pilates and Vinyasa. In the class we focus on core strength, stretch and opening of the lungs with mindful breath. 

Be prepared to get challenged, find new muscles and open the body in a new way.

How to join this online class:

1: register for class & make your own account!

2: download the Zoom app ( for free & sign up using your FULL NAME so we know who’s joining in practice 🙏

3: 20/30 minutes before class you will receive an email with the zoom invite 

4: make yourself comfortable with your mat, props, candle/diffuser and eye pillow/towel 

5: class starts on time and we’d love to connect to you before and after 💕
