Tapasya Yoga is an alignment based class, wrist light, strength building, and deeply healing practice.

Fusing heat with principles of physical and spiritual alignment. We hope to inspire the student to first check in to what inspires your practice today. Your why will informs how and what will play out on your mat. The heat facilitates safer, deeper stretching, a detoxifying sweat and a healthy glow. We encourage you to find balance between effort and ease.

Find the hottest room in your home or balcony! // This is a great class for anyone with shoulder or wrist discomfort!

Tip: have a small towel with lavender infused water in the fridge for during savasana on your eyes (like at the studio!)

How to join this online class:

1: register for class & make your own account!

2: download the Zoom app (zoom.us) for free & sign up using your FULL NAME so we know who’s joining in practice 🙏

3: 20/30 minutes before class you will receive an email with the zoom invite

4: make yourself comfortable with your mat, props, candle/diffuser and eye pillow/towel

5: class starts on time and we’d love to connect with you before and after 💕
