These 4 Yoga for Sleep classes with Brenda are designed to help you fall asleep more quickly and improve the quality of your sleep. You will learn a basic 10-12 minute routine of movements as well as some breathing and meditation practices.

Package includes: Manual with a description of the practices
Equipment: Yoga block and belt (or 2 thick books and any kind of belt)
