These 4 Yoga for Sleep classes with Brenda are designed to help you fall asleep more quickly and improve the quality of your sleep. You will learn a basic 10-12 minute routine of movements as well as some breathing and meditation practices.

Dates: March 4, 11, 18, 25

Times: Thursdays from 8:00 to 8:45 pm

Price for 4 Class Package: $45 (single class $15)

Package includes: Manual with a description of the practices

Equipment: Yoga block and belt (or 2 thick books and any kind of belt)

Instruction Options: On a mat or with a chair
