Based on the style of the Y7 studio in New York City, this Vinyasa-based flow peels back the layers of a smart and safe yoga sequence, which helps link breath and movement and deepen the connection of mind and body. The catch? We flow hard to a wide range of hip hop music from recent hits to 90s classics. 

We ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of any and all expectations you carry of yourself, and indulge in a 90 minute body exploration and transformation. Classes are held in a dark, candlelit studio to challenge the senses and remove inhibitions. 

All levels welcome.
