Join us for an in-person 90 minutes DETOX class at La Manzana in Santa Ana next to Casco Viejo.
The class is inside in the first floor.
What to bring: yoga mat (or rent one for $2), towel, water bottle and yoga block optionally.
There’s a free parking lot across the building, around the neighborhood or take an Uber.
Detox Yoga is a vinyasa practice held every Sunday with Maya from Casco Yoga Panama. The class is designed to make you feel renewed and rejuvenated. Squeeze and sweat out toxins with movement that focuses on breath and deep twists. Letting go both physically and emotionally of things not serving, creating space for creativity and inspiration.
This class is best suited to students with some experience; intermediate to advanced.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to set up!
