This boutique gym & wellness center is an absolute gem. Class will be intimate of max 6 students, however you can still join online as I will stream the class on zoom
if you’re far away or class is full. (See the schedule to sign up for the online version)
Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts to set up your spot.
Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and towel.
