Hatha Yoga is an alignment based class, wrist light, strength building, and deeply healing practice. Connecting mind, body and breath but at a slower pace than our Vinyasa classes.
This is a great class for anyone with shoulder or wrist discomfort, beginners & enjoyable for all levels!
In this class we don’t practice down dog, chaturanga or upward dog. You will still find warriors, lunges, balancing poses, back strengthening poses and stretches. Therefor this is the ultimate class for students getting familiar with Yoga or anyone with an injury in the upper body and still wants to practice.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle and yoga block.
How to join this online class:
1: register for class & make your own account!
2: download the Zoom app (zoom.us) for free & sign up using your FULL NAME so we know who’s joining in practice 🙏
3: 20/30 minutes before class you will receive an email with the zoom invite
4: make yourself comfortable with your mat, props, candle/diffuser and eye pillow/towel
5: class starts on time and we’d love to connect with you before and after 💕
