Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow classes allow practitioners to explore the vinyasa system in a changing sequence to bring strength and flexibility. Inspired by the traditional sequencing of Primary, Secondary and Advanced Series postures, each class will begin with traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara A & B), and conclude with the Ashtanga closing sequence. Students will have the opportunity to explore postures outside of their regular practice in this fun and energizing class. Suitable for all levels.
Class duration: 60 to 90 min depending on time slot.
