Introduction to Ashtanga Series is an all level course. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some past yoga experience this class covers the basic principles of the Ashtanga methodology. This class will focus on the foundation postures (the opening sequence to all 6 series) and moving into the beginning postures of the Half Primary series.
