Have you wondered what there is to yoga beyond asanas and breathwork?
Do you struggle with cultivating a meaningful meditation practice?

Yoga is the path of cutting through delusion to recognize the hidden reality of our true self, according to the teachings of the Upanisads and Bhagavadgita. In this class series, Prof. Neil Dalal will provide a step by step unfoldment of this knowledge through Advaita Vedanta, the classical tradition of nonduality. This Upaniá¹£adic wisdom will deepen your yoga practice as you delve into the mind and explore the structures of your own experience.
Through introspection and self- inquiry, you will eventually discover the wholeness that you seek.

Neil Dalal is Associate Professor of South Asian Philosophy and Religious Thought at the U of A. With a PhD in Asian Cultures and Languages, and an MA in East West Psychology, Neil is a traditional teacher of Advaita Vedanta, the philosophy of non-duality, and has spent over four years in India studying with Advaitin monks and living a monastic life.
