Ashtanga Inspired: Yang. Yin

In the Yang. Yin class students at all levels will be verbally guided through half of the Primary Series postures and then cool down and slow down allowing time in yin postures to continue to open and move through tension residing in the deep connective tissues of the body. This class will increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the asanas/ poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas and regulate the body's flow of energy.
