Intro to Pole
Step into the world of pole dance with this beginner-friendly class! Learn fundamental moves like walks, turns, poses, and beginner spins while getting comfortable with the pole. We'll warm up with conditioning, stretching and strength exercises to build your foundational skills. This all-levels class is perfect for anyone looking to begin their pole journey. 


What to wear/bring: sweat towel, water/bottle, knee pads, high socks or leg warmers, comfortable dance/gym clothes. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair.
