A choreography-based class that starts with warm ups focused in slow technique for core and hips. This is a beginner level class so all are welcome to join and express themselves. Heels are highly recommended, but not required. You are encouraged you to express yourself through comfortable, sensual, or expressive outfits for the class depending on the song for the week. Some may require knee pads or long pants for floor work.
