FREE Trial for ADULT Boxing Class

This is a free trial boxing class.  It is a fun opportunity for you to experience our boxing club, our trainers and to meet our members. It is imperative that indoor runners are worn in the facility this is checked upon arrival.  Please also bring a full water bottle.  Please ensure that you are wearing or bring comfortable/flexible clothing.  We will lend you boxing gloves for this free class.
