Applied Skills/Technical Boxing

Our applied technical boxing skills class is designed to give you a comprehensive opportunity to put your learned skills into action. This session focuses on partner work, with an emphasis on light contact to ensure safety and effective practice. Beginners will participate at a non-contact level until they feel prepared for light contact.  Please note, this is not a sparring class—sparring takes place separately under supervision in the boxing ring with full protective gear.  Participants practicing light contact are required to bring additional equipment, including a small towel, mouth guard, and approved sparring gloves. We have mouth guards and spar gloves available for purchase at the front desk.  If you do not have your prescribed equipment with you at the beginning of this class then you will practice non-contact during the session.  Join us to refine your techniques, enhance your skills and build confidence in a controlled, supportive environment.
