During this self-directed workout for you will have the chance to work on the skills that you are learning in the instructional classes.  Heavy bag work is essential for sharpening your boxing skills so it is a good idea to incorporate them into each workout.  Focus on strengthening your weaknesses.   Use this time for skipping, footwork drills, core work in the core/flexibility room, and dip-lines.  The Cardio and Weight Rooms are also open during this period for ages 16+ for safety.  It's also a great opportunity to invite a classmate to  meet up and practice focus pad work together!
