During this self-directed workout for ages 15+, the coach is available to offer guidance and ideas - just ask!  Pop in for half an hour or stay longer, it's up to you.  Heavy bag work is essential for sharpening your boxing skills.  Focus on strengthening your weaknesses and remember, it's just you in the ring when the bell goes! Use this time for skipping, footwork drills, core work in the core/flexibility room, and dip-lines.  The Cardio and Weight Rooms are also open during this period for ages 15+ for safety.  It's a great opportunity to invite a classmate to practice focus pad work together!
