Heels Level 1

This class is a beginner Heels class, open to any and all adults who want to explore the world of dancing in heels! We will focus on building confidence, improving posture, balance, strength, and technique while dancing in heels. We’ll start with fundamental movements like walks, spins, and struts before learning a sexy, fun combo. 

We recommend wearing heels you feel comfortable and stable in and bringing knee pads to make floorwork more comfortable. Short heels, booties, and flats are all welcome!
