This peaceful candle -lit class is a perfect way to reset for the week ahead . Restorative Yoga is focused on nervous system support and deep rest . Slow paced class in which you move into various postures that are held for at least 5 minutes. Supported by blocks , blankets,  and bolsters.  No yoga experience needed . All props are supplied.  Please bring eye cover and socks if you would like .
