Bootcamp Circuit is a fast-paced, energetic, total-body workout. You will utilize weights, bands, Bosu balls, and other fitness equipment to maximize your muscle engagement and to keep your heart rate up. Classes are taught in either an individually centered or whole-group circuit. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class.
