Barre incorporates the best of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, ballet-inspired strength training and more. Barre classes are low-impact and designed for all fitness levels. This is NOT a dance class/ballet format. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you to class. See you at the Barre!
