Classes follow the dynamic style of Classical Pilates to provide a challenging workout, which will build strength without bulk, flexibility and tone as well as rebalancing the body. Equally suitable for improving quality of life, as well as for sports enthusiasts keen to improve strength and performance.

For advice on which session to book and class availability please email Debbie.  You will be asked to complete a pre exercise questionnaire so we can be aware of any health or medical issues which may affect your practice.

Sessions are run in pre pay half termly blocks. We understand that sometimes you have to miss a session and we will try to find you a place in an alternative class of a similar level. Classes taken in lieu need to be taken within the same half term. You are welcome to join us mid way through a term subject to availability. Please email Debbie for further details.
