What is it?
A fun fitness session suitable for everyone. Evidence suggests that training outdoors reduces stress and makes you happy and thats certainly our experience.  The session varies week to week but always incorporates a mix of circuits and drills to improve fitness levels and build strength.

What are the benefits?
We promise this workout will fuel your heart as well as your muscles.

How hard will it be?
A great class to suit any level of fitness as we have plenty of modifications to make exercises easier or progressions to make them more challenging. 

What do I need?
Please wear trainers and bring a mat.
