Functional Fitness Training to Burn Fat and Improve Body Tone using the Kettlebell

What is it?
Get better results quicker with our full body resistance workout.
Effective, easy to follow resistance exercises can be performed body weight only or with the addtion of a Kettlebell or weights. 
End the session with a great ab blast and stretch.

What are the benefits?
  • Research shows we can significantly increase calorie burn using Kettlebells helping with weight management.  
  • Improve muscle strength and tone to sculpt the body
  • Great for strengthening glutes and helping protect the joints
How hard will it be?
Exercises are easy to follow, all with low impact options available
