What we cover:
  • What is Interval Training and why is it such a beneficial form of exercise
  • Basic exercises - how to perform them correctly
  • How to modify exercises if you have weak knees or other issues
Each session will include a short discussion, a warm up and 10 minute workout. 

What you need:
  • Trainers
  • Comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and shorts or leggings are perfect)
  • A safe space - you don't need a particularly big space but make sure the area is free from trip hazards and you won't bump into anything
You MUST complete a pre exercise questionniare upon booking so we are able to check this session is suitable or advise on individual modifications.
