What is it?
The perfect mix of HIIT (simple fitness intervals) to burn fat and conditioning exercises to improve all over body tone with a focus on the core.

What are the benefits?
HIIT provides a great fat burning workout. It can be modified for all levels of fitness so as you get fitter we can continue to challenge you. Conditioning will focus on toning tricky areas including hips, bums and tums both sculpting and strengthening.

How hard will it be?
Exercises are easy to follow and can be modified or progressed making it suitable for beginners through to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

What will I need?
Some exercises are more comfortable with a mat. Some sessions include the option to use a kettlebell. You can make your own using a 2L or 4L water bottle.
