What is it?
The perfect mix of HIIT (simple fitness intervals) to burn fat and conditioning exercises to improve all over body tone with a focus on the core. The class will be split into 3 sections, HIIT, conditioning and core. Expect a lot of variety with use of mini bands and hand weights.

What are the benefits?
HIIT provides a great fat burning workout. It can be modified for all levels of fitness so as you get fitter we can continue to challenge you. Conditioning will focus on toning tricky areas including hips, bums and tums both sculpting and strengthening.

How hard will it be?
Exercises are easy to follow and can be modified or progressed making it suitable for beginners through to advanced fitness enthusiasts.

If you have not yet completed a pre exercise questionnaire please do so before attending your first session so we can check the suitability of the session for you.
