What is it?
A feel good class inspired by Fitness Yoga and set to motivating music Flowing sequences completed with a deep stretch and stress reducing relaxation.
What are the benefits?
Focusing on muscular strength, balance and flexibility, Mindful Moves promotes a strong connection between the body and mind encouraging positive mental wellbeing. Leave this session feeling lighter on your feet and clearer in your mind.
How hard will it be?
A good choice for entry level or return to fitness but with the option to build heat on some sequences. Plenty of opportunity to slow down and practice relaxation techniiques.
