Pilates with the Foam Roller
This class is the perfect blend of challenge and support, suitable for both beginners and Pilates regulars. Using the foam roller as a versatile tool, we’ll enhance core strength, improve muscular stability and develop better balance.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen your midsection, support your posture, or simply try something new, this class offers a fun and effective way to move your body. Expect a combination of exercises that can be progressed to challenge or modified to accomodate niggles. We will engage the core, lengthen muscles and leave you feeling stronger and more aligned ready to live an active lifestlye.
