10:00 AM - Arrival and Welcome Drink
Begin your morning with a refreshing welcome drink as you settle into our peaceful setting, surrounded by your fellow Pilates enthusiasts
10:30 AM - Rise and Spine Session
Start your day with our Rise and Spine mat class, focusing on the natural movements of the spine; awaken your body and energise your mind. Thjis uplifting class will vary for each mini retreat but always with the objective of mobilising your spine, improving posture and setting a positive tone for your day.
12:00 PM - "Focus Area' Session with Relaxation
This session varies for each retreat and focuses in on an area highlighted in our regular classes which would benefit from some special attention. In the past sessions have included 'Shoulder Love" a class to release tension in the Shoulders, and our Foot Focused "Floating on Air" class. Always ending with breath and relaxation to end your morning feeling calm and restored.
Light Refreshments
Enjoy a simple, healthy lunch and a variety of nutritious snacks, providing the perfect fuel for your day of wellness.
