Pathway to the Swan
Back bends... love them or hate them backs are built to extend. Recent research has indicated that spinal extension not only reduces the risk of osteoporosis but may even reverse the condition. That side there is lots to think about with back extension and technique is important to avoid irritating existing weaknesses or niggles. This session will break down and build up the Pilates Swan no matter how small or big you choose to fly!
