10:00 AM - Arrival and Welcome Drink
Begin your morning with a refreshing welcome drink as you settle into our peaceful setting, surrounded by your fellow Pilates enthusiasts

10:30 AM - Rise and Spine Session
Start your day with our energizing Rise and Spine mat class, focusing on the natural movements of the spine. This session will guide you through flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation, enhancing flexibility, strength, and posture.

12:00 PM - "Floating on Air" Session
Discover the power of happy feet in our foot-focused session using tennis balls. This practice will revitalize your lower body, improving balance and circulation, leaving you feeling like you're floating on air.

Light Refreshments
Enjoy a simple, healthy lunch and a variety of nutritious snacks, providing the perfect fuel for your day of wellness.
