A small group workshop to look in detail at an iconic Pilates exercise. Each session will target a different exercise.
First up is the Roll Up!
The Roll Up requires a combination of strength, stability and flexibility. This session will use Foam Rollers to mobilise followed by a series of exercises designed to help prepare for and build your Roll Up. We’ll also add some fun variations.
