Join Exhale to Inhale and Bard College for the Fall 2024 Term! 


This  30 -minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include 15 minutes of gentle movement, followed by 10 minutes of meditation.
