Join Exhale to Inhale and Bard College for the Fall 2024 Term!
This 30 -minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include 15 minutes of gentle movement, followed by 10 minutes of meditation. The remaining time will be for you to settle in at the beginning and ask questions at the end. Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage in the 12-week cycle throughout the Fall term and still feel supported and reap the benefits of this practice.
Times: Fridays from 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
Dates: Sept 13th to Dec 13th (no class on Oct 11th and Nov 29)
Where: On zoom- practice from anywhere! All you need is a chair or a comfortable spot to sit (side of a bed, the floor, etc)
