Join Exhale to Inhale and BMCC for the Fall 2024 Term!
These 45-minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include a brief centering and uplift weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage in the 12-week cycle throughout the Fall term and still feel supported and reap the benefits of this practice.
Times: Thursdays from 11:00 am - 11:45 am
Dates: Sept 12th to Dec 5th (no class on Nov 28)
