Join Exhale to Inhale on Saint Johns University from Feb 12 to May 13th date for the Spring 2024 Term! 
 
Dates: Tuesdays, January 30th- April 23rd (no classes on March 26th)
Times: 12:15-1pm 

These 45- minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include a brief centering and uplift weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage in the 24-weeks cycle (Spring and Fall Terms) and still feel supported and reap the benefits of this practice. 
 
Wondering about Summer 2024? We will be offering a 12-week On-demand program in the Summer to support you. Stay tuned for sign ups! We will also be back in September 2024 for another 12 week series and you will be the first to know about the time & dates!

Other notes: 
You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing. 
Our classes are perfect for beginners.
