Join Exhale to Inhale on Saint Johns University from Feb 12 to May 13th date for the Spring 2024 Term!
Dates: Tuesdays, January 30th- April 23rd (no classes on March 26th)
Times: 12:15-1pm
These 45- minute Exhale to Inhale Classes will offer time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Classes will include a brief centering and uplift weekly themes: Connect, Anchor, Experience, Restore, Empower, Resilience, Intention, Mindfulness, Courage, Curiosity, Self-Acceptance, and Worthiness, to cultivate a focus throughout practice. Although the curriculum is progressive, you are welcome to join class during any stage in the 24-weeks cycle (Spring and Fall Terms) and still feel supported and reap the benefits of this practice.
