This is a small-group yoga class designed to build the strength, confidence, and body awareness needed for inversions. Each class combines targeted shoulder, wrist, and core conditioning with a dynamic vinyasa flow to warm and prepare the body.
Each month, we’ll focus on a specific inversion—such as headstand, forearm stand, or handstand—breaking down key components and progressing safely through drills, alignment work, and mindful practice. Along the way, we’ll explore what it means to face fear, shift perspective, cultivate patience, and have fun in the process.
Please note: this class is not suitable for those with high blood pressure or neck, wrist, or shoulder injuries. Class size is limited to 6 students to ensure personalized attention and support.
