This gentle, playful class is designed for caregivers and babies to move, breathe, and connect together. We’ll explore yoga poses that help release tension, rebuild strength, and support postpartum recovery, while also incorporating sweet stretches, songs, and soothing movements for baby. Expect plenty of snuggles, giggles, and a relaxed environment where feeding, changing, and calming your baby are always welcome. No previous yoga experience needed—just bring a mat, your baby, and an open heart.
