A 45-minute low-impact strength training workout using dumb bells, focused on activating smaller muscle groups to build whole-body strength & mobility. The class will also incorporate some vinyasa flows & stretching. Depending on the teacher's sequence, additional props may be used, such as weighted arm/ankle bands, sliders, tension bands, pilates balls and barres.

Class reservations may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class start time without penalty. For late cancellations and no-shows, the class will be deducted from your pass.
