The mindful practice of yoga can be nourishing and healing in body, mind and spirit. And yet, why are there injuries caused exclusively from yoga, like SI joint dysfunction and yoga butt? Come empower yourself and deep dive into biomechanics to help strengthen and prevent unnecessary injuries in yoga that can also be easily applied in fitness and other physical activities.  Come with an open heart and lots of questions about your practice.

What you'll learn at the yoga anatomy workshop:
1) How the body is connected as a whole system and how it relates to mobility, injuries and pain
2) A deeper understanding of the biomechanics of the 8 major joints in the body and how to exercise, practice yoga and move in a way that keeps them healthy and safe
3) Common yoga injuries and how to prevent them
4) Listen to each other's questions so we can learn and support each other as a community
